Earlier this year, IP Australia released their eleventh edition of the ‘Australian Intellectual Property Report’. As we finish up the year, we thought it would be a good time to look back and reflect on the year that was in the world of Australian IP filing statistics…. who could ask for a better Christmas present!

Having taken the top spot in 2022 for the Professional Service Exporter of the Year for 2022 in the Premier’s NSW Export Awards, we were once again proud to be a finalist for the 2023 edition.

Len Mancini will be attending the Henty Field Days on 19-21 September 2023. The Henty Field Days represent the biggest agricultural event in Southern Australia where new and innovative agricultural products and services from over 700 exhibitors will be showcased to the 70,000 odd visitors expected to visit the show over its three days.  IP Solved is excited to see what this year’s crop of exhibitors have to offer Australian farmers.

We're pleased to welcome Len Mancini to the IP Solved Team! Len is an experienced IP practitioner having started his IP career over 20 years ago in patent litigation. Since being admitted as Australian solicitor in 1999, Len has also registered as an Australian and New Zealand Patent and Trade Mark Attorney to assist clients in the creation and prosecution of IP rights.

One of our Directors, Ken McInnes - who for those that have been following our news know that he spends time living in both Sydney, Australia and Madrid, Spain each year, and is on the Publication Committee of ECTA (the European Trade Mark Committee Association) - once again found himself in Europe to attend the 41st ECTA ANNUAL CONFERENCE – EXPLORING IP MAGIC from 28 June 2023 to 1 July 2023 in beautiful Prague.

At this special time of the year, we take a moment to look back at the year that was in 2022 and reflect on the great things that we have achieved over these last 12 months. We are really grateful for what our amazing team has achieved this year, and we are very excited to look to next year for more great things to come.
