As General Manager, Maria oversees the operational and strategic functions of IP Solved, ensuring the firm delivers exceptional service and value to its clients. She works with the leadership team and other team members across all practice areas to drive performance, enhance client experience, and to support business growth. With a strong focus on operational excellence, team leadership, and continuous improvement, Maria plays a central role in aligning the firm’s day-to-day operations with its long-term goals. Maria oversees and manages key areas of General Management and Human Resources and provides operational oversight and leadership to the Accounts, Information Technology and Renewals and Data Quality teams, to facilitate the smooth and effective operation of each team, and their collaboration with the Trade Marks and Patents teams.
